How long does it take for an order to be processed?

Orders typically take up to 5 days to be processed before they are shipped, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirming your purchase with the tracking number when your order has been shipped out.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We have fulfillment centres across the globe in Asia, Canada, US and Australia.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 12-20 business days to receive your order. We give you this time range as a general estimate to allow time delays in customs processing, logistics, etc. We're actively working on reducing this delivery time so please bear with us! 

Please note that delivery times vary based on location. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

US: 12-20 days
UK: 18-40 days
Canada: 16-30 days
Australia: 13-21 days
Rest of the World: 16-40 days

An order takes about 3 weeks on average to be delivered. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience, therefore we cannot guarantee a specific ship date. If your order does not arrive in 60 days, you will receive a 100% refund. 

Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of the products, we do not allow returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly, and we will do our best to resolve your issue with the product.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?
We are terribly sorry if this has happened. This is a very rare situation and we would like to sort out any issues with the product immediately. If you need to exchange the faulty item for the same item, send us an email through Contact Us tab, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

As soon as you discover a fault or defect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via email or on the contact form on our website.
